We are seeking a Team Leader!
Who wants to make a difference in peoples lives through leading supports for people that:
- assists with achievement of goals from a strengths-based approach
- build relationships and community connections
· Provides leadership that includes:
- the development of strong teams
- has a passion to share in learning and developing your team
- performing administrative duties including scheduling, payroll, budgets, etc.
- experience in navigating supports and services related to addictions, mental health, concurrent disorders, housing, and food security is an asset.
· Supports community in developing inclusive approaches through:
- partnership development
- community conversation
- whole community thinking
Candidates should have:
A degree or diploma in Human Services combined with proven supervisory experience or a combination of education and experience, preferably in a unionized environment. Experience working with a diverse range of people, including those who experience isolation. Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and on-call rotation as required. Experience in community development or community engagement is an asset.
