Penticton Toyota is looking for a driven, customer-focused Internet Sales Manager to lead online sales inquiries, digital customer engagement, and appointment generation for our dealership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment, understands modern digital lead management, and can turn online interest into showroom traffic and vehicle sales.
You’ll play a key role in managing internet leads, improving response times, supporting the sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first click to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming internet and phone leads promptly and professionally
- Build relationships with customers through email, text, phone, and digital platforms
- Schedule showroom appointments and coordinate customer follow-up
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system
- Monitor lead sources and help improve digital sales performance
- Support online vehicle merchandising, pricing updates, and digital campaigns
- Follow up with unsold prospects and previous customers to generate repeat business
- Assist with social media engagement and reputation management initiatives
- Ensure all communications reflect the dealership’s commitment to exceptional service
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales or internet sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with CRM systems, email platforms, and digital communication tools
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with dealership software and lead management platforms is considered an asset
