Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take and serve orders accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Prepare and serve beverages, including barista-style coffee if applicable
- Ensure all food and beverages are presented according to quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Handle food safely following established health and safety guidelines
- Replenish supplies as needed and assist with food preparation when required
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Follow all food safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Knowledge of serving techniques and food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
