Watson Enterprises Inc. is a food import, wholesale and distribution company based in Richmond, British Columbia. We provide a wide range of food products and reliable delivery services to supermarkets, restaurants, retailers and other business customers.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales Representative / Account Executive to join our team. This position will focus on maintaining existing customer relationships, assisting customers with orders, encouraging customers to use our B2B ordering app and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and regularly follow up on their business needs.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, quotations, order placement and after-sales follow-up.
- Guide customers through downloading and using the Watson Order Online B2B app for self-service ordering.
- Develop new customers, including supermarkets, restaurants, retailers and other food-service businesses.
- Introduce products, promotions and new arrivals to customers and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Work toward individual sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall sales performance.
- Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, finance and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales progress notes and follow-up reports.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Responsible, organized, proactive and able to follow through on tasks.
- Comfortable using mobile apps, computers and basic office software.
- Ability to develop new business and work toward sales targets independently.
- Previous experience in food wholesale, retail, restaurant supply or sales is an asset.
- Basic English communication skills are required. Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
- A valid driver’s licence and the ability to visit customers are preferred.
Pay: $35,000.00-$128,843.35 per year
