Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive (OMVIC) certified to join our automotive sales team. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships, managing sales pipelines, and closing high-end vehicle deals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where customer service, negotiation, and strategic sales skills are essential. Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish and English, is highly valued to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts and dealership visits to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct high-end vehicle consultations, providing detailed product information and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Support B2B sales initiatives by establishing relationships with corporate clients and fleet buyers.
- Upsell additional products, services, or accessories to maximize sales opportunities during the customer interaction.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to finalizing paperwork, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and increase dealership visibility within the community.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Provide ongoing sales support by assisting with promotional events and dealership marketing campaigns.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail automotive sales, or dealership environments is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end vehicle deals.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication skills in both bilingual (English/Spanish) and multilingual capacities are highly desirable.
- Experience in sales management or team leadership roles is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle complex negotiations effectively.
- Knowledge of automotive marketing strategies, dealership operations, and retail sales best practices is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills combined with effective phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
