Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our growing residential construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential framing, finishing, renovations, and general carpentry work. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well in a team environment, and is comfortable working on a variety of residential construction projects from start to finish.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for long-term growth within our company.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential framing, finishing, and general carpentry tasks
- Install windows, doors, siding, trim, cabinetry, and other structural components
- Measure, cut, and assemble building materials accurately
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
- Assist with renovations, additions, and new residential builds
- Ensure all work is completed to company quality and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with other trades and crew members on-site
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Complete physically demanding tasks including lifting and material handling
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in residential construction or carpentry required
- Strong knowledge of framing, finishing, and general construction practices
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions
- Experience with renovations and custom residential projects is considered an asset

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
