Great Woods Cleaning & Property Services (based out of Bracebridge) is hiring a Cleaning Technician to deliver quality and detail oriented cleaning for residential homes, short term vacation rentals, commercial properties and post-construction cleans. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Basic cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner and address client concerns if needed
- Perform residential and vacation rental cleans with attention to detail
- Perform post-construction cleaning periodically
- Follow property cleaning checklists
- Communicate any on-site issues to the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in residential and commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple job sites if needed
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Drivers Licence with access to a vehicle

Pay: $23 per hour
Schedule:
- 6-8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed (mainly in July/August one day per weekend)
