The successful candidate will assist with shipping and receiving, deliveries, warehouse organization, and helping place equipment on job sites. We are looking for a true “jack-of-all-trades” team member who takes initiative and is not afraid to jump in where needed.In this role, you will support our team by handling equipment logistics, deliveries, and warehouse operations to ensure our customers receive top-quality service. This position is vital to maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with moving and handling commercial food equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support delivery drivers with loading and unloading equipment, within the city and surrounding areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and interactions.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization.
- Help organize and maintain the warehouse
- Prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup
- Assist with local deliveries as required
- Help move, place, and set equipment in position at customer location.
- Assist team members with general warehouse, delivery, and labour tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Valid commercial driving license is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience with customer service is advantageous.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Able to lift and move heavy equipment safely
- Comfortable working with your hands
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Warehouse, delivery, or equipment handling experience is an asset, but not required

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
