As a Well Pump Installer at EDS Pumps & Water Treatment, you will work in the field on installing and servicing well pump systems and be a trusted expert on water systems for customers across B.C. You will also gain experience learning to install and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systems throughout the Lower Mainland.

You are a certified well pump installer in British Columbia or equivalent in another province or the U.S. You are a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in fixing things right the first time. What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and solve well pump and water system challenges for residential, agricultural, and commercial customers
- Install, service, and maintain well pump and water treatment systems, involving a mix of electrical, mechanical and plumbing work
- Inspect well and water systems and recommend upgrades, replacements, or preventative maintenance to customers
- Manage service calls from start to finish, from prepping your van to completing work orders and customer follow-up
- Build the customer relationship on-site by providing clear explanations, honest recommendations, and dependable service
- Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure projects run smoothly and customers get the right solutions
- Be available to rotate for on-call duties providing our 24/7 emergency services
Qualifications
- Certified Well Pump Installer in BC or equivalent in another jurisdiction
- Five years experience of well pump installation
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Willing to work with effluent/sewage systems
- Commitment to safety protocols
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Rotating on-call shifts for our 24/7 emergency services
- Overtime available
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
