Fraser Care Pharmacy is excited to announce the opening of our brand-new, modern community pharmacy in Vancouver, BC. We are looking for an experienced, patient-focused Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and help establish a culture of excellence from day one.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a new pharmacy while working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Pay: $53.00–$57.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities
As the Pharmacy Manager, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
- Ensure compliance with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia (CPBC) standards and all applicable regulations.
- Lead, coach, and support pharmacy staff to achieve operational and clinical excellence.
- Provide full-scope pharmacy services, including:
- Prescription verification and dispensing
- Medication reviews
- Minor ailment assessments and prescribing (where applicable)
- Immunizations and injections
- Patient counselling and medication management
- Maintain accurate patient medication profiles and pharmacy records.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Oversee inventory management, narcotic control, and pharmacy workflow.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while promoting a positive patient experience.
- Support the growth and success of a new community pharmacy.
Qualifications
Required:
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
- Authorization to administer injections.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and patient care skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Previous Pharmacy Manager or leadership experience.
- Experience with the Kroll Pharmacy Management System.
- Experience providing Medication Reviews and Minor Ailment & Contraception Services (MACS).
Schedule
- Full-time
- 6–10 hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
