We are currently seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who is passionate about clinical excellence, guest care, and working within a high-end spa environment that values professionalism, collaboration, and long-term relationships.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for an RMT who wants:

- Luxurious treatment rooms providing high quality linens, bedding, massage oils and other supplies required to perform treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct thorough client consultations and maintain accurate treatment records
- Educate clients on treatment plans, self-care, and wellness recommendations
- Maintain compliance with CMTO standards, spa SOPs, and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with spa reception and leadership to ensure seamless guest experience
- Uphold the luxury service standards and brand values of Pemberley Springs SPA EDEN
Qualifications & Requirements
Required
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Professional liability insurance
- Excellent communication and 5 star guest experience skills
- Strong clinical and treatment knowledge with a guest-centric mindset
- Flexible availability ( including evenings, and weekends)
Preferred
- Experience in a spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment
- Bilingual: English & Mandarin (highly preferred due to client demographics)
- Availability for evenings and/or weekends

Pay: $38.23-$89.64 per hour
