Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic FOH Catering Lead Supervisor to oversee catering operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a background in the hospitality industry, with expertise in catering event execution. This role involves supervising catering staff, coordinating events and maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality. The Catering Supervisor will play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences for our clients while managing daily operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate catering staff to ensure smooth service during events and daily operations
- Coordinate with event organizers and clients to customize catering services according to their needs
- Ensure attentiveness to all event details
- Encourage teamwork and professional communication
- Strong co-ordination with kitchen/transport/service team
- Manage event logistics, including setup, teardown, and equipment inventory
- Provide on-site event management and support to ensure the event runs smoothly and is executed flawlessly
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality industries, preferably event catering experience
- Excellent guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills and professionalism in guest interactions
- Prior supervisory or management experience in the food industry is preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for events
