Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver with a valid Ontario G-Class driver's license to operate company-owned Isuzu vans and deliver products to our customers safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for timely deliveries, maintaining accurate delivery records, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company Isuzu delivery vans in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Deliver products to customers accurately and on schedule.
- Load and unload products while ensuring items are handled safely and securely.
- Complete delivery documentation, invoices, and proof-of-delivery records.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes.
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers.
- Assist with warehouse duties, inventory movement, and order preparation when required.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper care of company vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario G-Class driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred.
- Experience operating Isuzu vans, cargo vans, or light commercial vehicles is an asset.
- Ability to lift and move products safely.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
