Cleaner Hub is expanding our roster of dedicated and detail-oriented professionals. To collaborate with us as an independent contractor, you should have strong time-management and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Chosen candidates will be expected to be personable, as clients need to feel comfortable welcoming you into their homes. Our cleaners are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential spaces, providing their own transportation to clients’ homes, keeping their own stock of cleaning supplies and equipment, and maintaining consistent communication with our administrative team for scheduling purposes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain or restore high standards of cleanliness and organization to assigned areas.
Perform thorough cleaning, including (but not limited to):
- Dusting, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces;
- Vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning floors;
- Wiping baseboards, doors, windows, frames, and cupboards and drawers (inside and out);
- Cleaning fridges and ovens (inside and out);
- Washing, folding, and organizing laundry;
- Emptying waste bins and collecting garbage and recycling;
- And general tidying as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
Use our mobile application to receive work and check in and out of each job.
Submit an itemized invoice to Cleaner Hub administrative staff twice a month.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in English is required.
Previous experience in residential cleaning is required (guidelines are provided; training is not).
A background in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
Self-reliant ability to travel within your service radius to clients’ homes (your own vehicle is not required).
Capacity to transport supplies and equipment to assignments (your own vehicle is advantageous).
Maintaining stock and working order of your own supplies and equipment is advantageous.
Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
Excellent organizational skills to maintain order in various cleaning assignments.
Clear and confident communication skills for effective interaction with clients and administrative staff.
