Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for patient care and experience in a clinical setting? Brookswood Plus Physiotherapy is looking for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our multi-disciplinary clinic.
Located in a high-visibility, high-traffic spot on 200 St (directly across from Shoppers Drug Mart), our clinic is a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills will truly shine.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As our front desk lead, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and the heartbeat of our daily operations.
- Patient Welcome: Greet patients with a warm, professional demeanor and manage the check-in/check-out process.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments using Jane App (proficiency is required).
- Communication: Handle high-volume phone calls, respond to emails, and manage patient inquiries.
- Billing Support: Handle direct billing to major insurance providers and process payments.
- Clinic Flow: Ensure the reception area remains tidy and help maintain a smooth flow between patients and our practitioners (Physiotherapists, RMTs, etc.).
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience working in a rehab or multidisciplinary clinic is essential.
- Software Skills: Proven familiarity and comfort using Jane App for scheduling and charting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Availability: This is a part-time position specifically for Wednesdays and Fridays.
