Production Specialist

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our production team.
At Big Frog, we help businesses, schools, sports teams, and organizations bring their ideas to life through custom apparel. As a Production Specialist, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality garments that our customers are proud to wear.
What You'll Do
- Operate apparel decorating equipment
- Work closely with other production staff
- Prepare garments and materials for production
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our quality standards
- Fold, package, and prepare completed orders for pickup or shipping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production workspace
- Work with the team to meet production deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality
What We're Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow processes and work efficiently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to approximately 40 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable learning new equipment and production techniques
Bonus Points If You Have Experience With
- Heat press operation
- Manufacturing or production environments
- Custom apparel decoration
- Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (an asset, but not required for this role)
