Roles & Responsibilities:
· Learn and memorize all of our flavor menu items
· Sanitizing and cleaning Pipes, hoses and prep areas
· Deliver orders to customers in a timely and respectful manner
· Use your knowledge of the flavor menu to make great suggestions for guests and answer all menu related questions
· Prepare Hookah/Shisha
· Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, tidying up prep stations, taking out trash, and restocking
· Must provide great customer and have a commitment to professionalism
· Address customers' complaints or concerns
· Ability to work on your feet for long hours at a time
· Maintain inventory and control of flavour stock and order supplies
· Learn and complete opening and closing duties properly
· Have a passion for providing Xhale’s Hospitality!
