Triforest Manufacturer Inc. is a newly established floor production and furniture panel factory with a floor space of 150,000 square feet. We need to recruit employees who are actively demanding and can grow together with the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand, support, and safely execute all work, emphasizing a culture that prioritizes safety.
- Clean and maintain machinery, workstation, and production floor, following health and safety standards.
- Follow production guidelines and specifications, operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment to produce goods.
- Monitor the assembly line, adjust settings, and remove faulty products.
- Assemble products/parts and label finished products for shipment or distribution.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient production and report for work on time to support production startup and throughput goals.
- Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy, maintaining production standards and working towards improving productivity without compromising quality.
- Report any issues, including equipment malfunctions or production issues, to the supervisor on duty.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Working Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule: 2 consecutive day shifts (8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.), followed by 2 consecutive night shifts (8:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.), then 4 consecutive days off. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- operate a forklift.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify defects in products
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them
- Be able to work overtime hours with little notice.
- Good communication skills.
- Possess good physical stamina and coordination. The position needs to stand/walk for long periods daily while frequently bending, twisting, reaching, and periodically lifting up to 40 lbs.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
