Duties
- Warmly greet guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize room turnover and guest satisfaction
- Answer phone inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, providing accurate information and assistance
- Assist guests with seating preferences and special requests to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area and waiting areas
- Collaborate with teammates during busy hours
Skills
- Strong guest services skills with a welcoming attitude and positive communication style
- Smart Serve
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette for handling reservations, inquiries, and guest concerns
- Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across customer-focused roles
Pay: $17.60 per hour
