Overview
We are looking for a - CONTRACTED part time to full time employee to fill in for a MAT LEAVE position.
This will be a 12 month contracted position, with the possibility of extending the contract after 12 months.
We are hiring kitchen support staff to make cotton candy.
You must be mature person, who can work independently and as a team.
The job requires you to work in the daytime - Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Make cotton candy
- Excellent personal hygiene is a must. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper hygiene practices at all times
- The ability to multi task and organize multiple tasks at once
- The ability to lift 45 lbs, work with your arms and stand for 7 hours is a must

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Food handling certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 37.5 per week
