About the Role
Ottawa Camping Trailers is looking for a motivated, high-potential Sales Associate who wants more than just a sales job. We are looking for people who are competitive, coachable and want to grow.
What You’ll Do
Work directly with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right RV
Guide customers through the full sales process, from first contact to delivery
Build strong product knowledge across new and used RV inventory (effectively LEARN THE RV BUSINESS)
Follow proven sales processes, CRM tools, and lead management systems
Consistently hit volume and gross profit targets
Learn inventory management, deal structure, and sales reporting
Shadow and support Sales Management to prepare for a future leadership role
Growth Path
This is not a static sales position. High performers will be developed into:
Senior Sales Consultant
Assistant Sales Manager
Sales Manager
Your advancement will be based on performance, leadership ability, and commitment to learning the business.
What We’re Looking For
Sales experience preferred (automotive, RV, powersports, or big-ticket retail is an asset)
Bilingual (English/French) preferred but not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Competitive, goal-driven mindset
Willingness to be coached and developed
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
