This isn’t a typical host role — you’re creating the first impression of a premium experience.
As a Host / Guest Experience team member, you’ll be the first point of contact — welcoming guests, managing bookings, and ensuring every visit feels smooth, elevated, and memorable.
- Greet and welcome guests with energy and professionalism
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and simulator bookings
- Assist with POS and guest check-ins
- Help guide guests through the experience
- Support the team during busy service periods
- Has strong communication and people skills
- Pays attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced, social environment
- Takes pride in creating great guest experiences
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Evenings and weekends required
- Availability for at least 2–3 shifts per week
- Must be available Friday or Saturday nights
- Flexibility to work a mix of weekday and weekend shifts
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
