YoHug is looking for a part-time content creator/content operations assistant to help support filming, editing, and creative execution for local businesses and brands.
This role is ideal for someone who wants real-world experience in content creation, marketing, and business growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- filming short-form content for clients
- editing social media content/reels
- organizing footage and creative assets
- assisting on shoots
- helping execute content ideas and campaigns
- supporting day-to-day creative operations
Schedule:
- Around 20 hours/week
- Mostly remote work
- Usually 1–2 in-person shoots per week depending on client schedules
- Some shoots may happen during weekdays, mornings, evenings, or weekends
Pay:
- $20–25/hour depending on experience
- Gas/travel covered for shoots
- Equipment provided
Requirements:
- Based in Vancouver
- Access to a vehicle
- Basic editing experience (Premiere Pro, DaVinci, CapCut, etc.)
- Strong communication and reliability
- Flexible schedule
- Fast learner with strong work ethic
- Interest in marketing, content, and social media growth
Preferred:
- Previous client work, freelance work, or student projects
- Interest in entrepreneurship/business/content creation
You do not need to be an expert. We care more about attitude, consistency, communication, and willingness to learn.
