About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Assistant Commercial Salesperson / Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident in both sales and parts support, delivers exceptional customer service, and enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibility
- Customer service support — greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
- Parts advising — identify, source, and order parts accurately
- Sales support — assist customers with equipment purchases and maintaining after sales support
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Process quotes, invoices, and parts orders with accuracy
- Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Comfortable and confident in sales and parts advising
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Experience in parts, equipment, or commercial sales is an asset
- Willingness to learn product lines and provide accurate information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $37,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
