We are looking to hire an experienced Criminal Lawyer, with a minimum of 5 years of experience, who can run criminal files independently from start to finish.
You will meet with clients, respond to police investigations, conduct bail hearings, peace bond hearings, firearm application hearings, Crown pre-trials, Judicial pre-trials, prepare and argue Charter applications, conduct preliminary inquiries, trials, sentencing hearings, appeals.
You will need a car, a strong work ethic, and a desire to win. You must also have good writing skills, be able to work independently, and be interested in growing with our law firm. Your job will be to get cases resolved quickly, or to run hearings where required.
You will work out of our Toronto office located at 1 Dundas Street West in Toronto. You will also have access to our Richmond Hill office.
We are offering a salary from $100,000.00-175,000.00 per year, depending on your skill and level of experience. Benefits are provided, and we will pay for your LSO fees, LawPRO fees, CPD fees, mileage, cell phone, and reasonable work expenses. We will provide you with access to legal resources.
