Position Title: Warehouse Operation Team Member

We’re looking for skilled workers to join our warehouse operation team. You’ll operate out of one of our dynamic Fulfillment Centers: these sit at the heart of Darwynn Ltd. world-class, rapidly growing business. They’re where we manage our fast-moving inventory; they’re also where we developed our smart industry-leading workflows.
As an Operation Team Member, you are dedicated and motivated individual and will be a key component of the production chain to ensure warehouse’s maximum daily productivities, as well as customer’s satisfaction for each order Darwynn sends out. As part of our warehouse team, you will prepare orders for our customers, covering shipping and customer returns. At the same time, you don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves and getting involved whenever necessary.

Duties Responsibilities for Operation Team Member
· Utilize mobile scanners to verify products, barcodes and orders
· Inbound receiving, inspection, and put – away
· Order picking and packing
· Build, pack and wrap pallets
· Outbound dispatching
· Garbage disposal
· Inventory check
· Experience with automation picking/fulfillment is an asset
· General warehouse cleanup
· Operate equipment including dolly, hand truck, pallet truck, pallet jack, AGV and reach truck. Training is provided.
Qualifications for Operation Team Member
· Work authorization - Work Permit or PR (Required)
· Warehouse experience (1 year)
· High school/ diploma
· Motorized Lift Truck (Pallet Jack, Forklift): 1 year (Asset) with operating certificate
· Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds daily
· Standard verbal and reading communication skills in English (Mandarin is an asset)
· Follow order and positive working attitude
· Strong understanding of automated fulfillment system is an asset
