Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service to every guest
- Advise customers on watch and jewellery products, repairs, and maintenance
- Perform watch battery installations and watch sizing (paid training provided)
- Demonstrate product features and services through engaging, informative presentations
- Maintain and optimize merchandising displays to maximize product visibility and sales
- Accurately process sales and service transactions using POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Proactively upsell and cross-sell products and services to achieve sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and technical skills
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and foster a welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of (2) years’ experience in customer service or retail (retail or technical service experience is an asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in presenting and demonstrating products and services
- Experience with merchandising and POS systems preferred
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Team player with adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs
- Secondary School diploma (required)
- Criminal background check required
