We are looking for experienced Marine Technicians, Electrical Specialists, and strong all-around service technicians who want to grow with a company that is expanding quickly throughout the BC boating market.

About You
You’re someone who:
- Actually enjoys troubleshooting and figuring things out
- Takes pride in clean, professional work
- Can work independently without needing constant supervision
- Wants flexibility and room to grow
- Understands that customer experience matters just as much as technical skill
- Likes being part of a good team without drama or micromanagement
You may already specialize in:
- Marine electrical systems
- Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Volvo Penta, Yanmar, Seakeeper, or diesel systems
- Electronics and navigation installs
- Commissioning and rigging
- General marine service and diagnostics
Or you may simply be a strong technician who wants to continue learning and advancing.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain marine systems and vessels
- Perform scheduled maintenance and warranty work
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and rigging issues
- Install marine electronics and accessories
- Complete clean, accurate service documentation
- Support mobile service calls throughout the region
- Work closely with service advisors, parts staff, and customers
- Help maintain a high-quality, professional shop environment
Qualifications
- Previous Marine Technician experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical diagnostic ability
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and marine systems
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Marine certifications are an asset but not mandatory

Compensation
$35–$50+ per hour depending on experience, certifications, and specialization.
Additional opportunities available for highly skilled electrical or diagnostic technicians.
