Main Receptionist
We are seeking a personable and organized individual to manage our front desk. As the first point of contact for our clients, your professionalism and friendly demeanor will be integral in ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and customers with a welcoming and courteous manner
- Handling high-volume inbound calls and redirecting calls to the appropriate department
- Experience with a multi-line phone system
Qualifications:
- Secondary School Diploma or Higher (Required)
- Fluency in English (Verbal and written skills)
- Experience in Customer Service, Reception or similar role (Preferably over 1 year)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per year

- Concord, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
