Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to management and the wider team.
- Manage calendars, schedule virtual meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle data entry and maintain organised digital filing systems.
- Assist with the coordination of logistics-related documentation and communications.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a remote Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and self-sufficient approach to working remotely.
- A dedicated home office setup with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Previous experience within the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous but not essential.
