Diversified Health Clinic is hiring a physiotherapist for our multidisciplinary clinic in Victoria's Fairfield/Rockland area, minutes from downtown.
This isn't a caseload handed down from someone leaving — it's a brand-new seat created by demand we can't currently keep up with. Our last physiotherapist hire was fully booked by her second week. Physio and RMT are consistently our busiest, hardest-to-fill disciplines, with steady referrals from our chiropractors, RMTs, acupuncturists, kinesiologists and on-site medical doctor.
What you can expect
Demand from day one. Between our internal referral network and steady new-patient inquiries, physiotherapists here don't spend months building a book from nothing — the challenge is keeping up, not filling gaps.
A commission structure that rewards you for it. You'll earn a minimum of 55% commission on billed services, with flexibility for experienced clinicians — plus a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance if you're moving to Victoria.
Clinical autonomy, backed by a real team. Practice using your own clinical judgment. You'll work alongside chiropractors, RMTs, acupuncturists, kinesiologists and a medical doctor under one roof, making cross-referral and case collaboration part of daily practice rather than an occasional email.
A team that runs the business side. Our front desk and admin team handle scheduling, billing, recalls and patient administration, so your time goes to patients, not paperwork.
Room to practise your way. We offer flexible scheduling within our clinic hours and an on-site gym for active rehab, strength work and exercise-based treatment.

Your earnings depend on your schedule and utilization. Given current patient demand, we're glad to walk through realistic numbers during the interview.
The role
You'll assess and treat patients using your full scope of practice — clinical reasoning, manual therapy, exercise prescription and patient education.
New graduates are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with additional training in areas such as IMS, pelvic floor, or vestibular rehabilitation, though this is not required.
You'll need
- CHCPBC licensure (or registration in progress)
- Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-informed care
- Excellent patient and team communication
- A collaborative, patient-centred approach
