Head Chef
The Head Chef position is now available within the family owned Truro Group of Companies which owns and operates 3 restaurants. Nook and Cranny, the original "Nook" opened to raves in 2014 and has been a Truro staple ever since.
Reporting to the General Manager of Operations of the Truro Group, the candidate must have previous kitchen management experience, desire to lead and train staff, passion for making fantastic fresh food with the vision of exceeding customers' expectations.
