IWE Rear Ends Only is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. We specialize in differentials and driveline repair, and we're looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service while helping keep our shop running efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service.
- Answer calls and quote customers
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Prepare estimates and explain repairs in a clear, professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow with technicians.
- Communicate repair progress and obtain customer approvals.
- Order and source parts as needed.
- Create and close repair orders.
- Handle invoicing and customer payments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on completed repairs.
- Receive, unload and inventory parts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Experience with differentials and drivetrain components
Proficient with:
- QuickBooks
- Mitchell1
- Nexpart
- Microsoft Office
- Worldpac
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures and terminology.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license
