We are seeking experienced subcontractors who take pride in producing quality work, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a safe and professional job site. We offer a steady flow of residential framing projects and are looking to build long-term working relationships.
Responsibilities
- Complete residential framing projects according to plans and specifications.
- Frame floors, walls
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Coordinate with the site supervisor to meet project schedules.
Requirements
- Previous residential framing experience.
- Registered subcontractor with valid business insurance.
- WSIB clearance certificate (or equivalent, if applicable).
- Own tools and reliable transportation.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
