We are seeking motivated Independent Service Providers to join WorkWell, a locally built service marketplace designed to help providers get discovered and connect with more customers. This role is flexible and allows you to offer your services on your own terms while reaching people looking for trusted help in their area. We are looking for providers who are reliable, professional, and already offers a service such as cleaning, handyman work, detailing, tutoring, beauty, photography, fitness, music lessons, moving help, lawn care, or similar work. Experience running your own service business or working independently is a MUST.

Duties
- Provide services directly to customers in your area based on your own availability and service type.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain high standards of quality, reliability, and customer service.
- Keep your service listing up to date with accurate pricing, availability, and contact details.
- Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Deliver services safely, responsibly, and with attention to detail.
- Use your own tools, equipment, or materials as needed for your service.
- Manage your own schedule and accept only the jobs that fit your availability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience providing a service such as cleaning, handyman work, detailing, tutoring, beauty, photography, fitness, music lessons, or similar.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to quality work.
- Own tools, equipment, or supplies preferred depending on the service offered.
- Valid license, insurance, or certification preferred where applicable.
- Comfortable working directly with customers and representing your own business professionally.
