Clinicly Distribution is hiring an Account Executive to sell premium wellness equipment to med spas, clinics, wellness centers, aesthetics businesses, and health-focused practices across North America.
This is a remote independent contractor position. Preference will be given to candidates located in the Greater Toronto Area, but strong remote candidates will also be considered.
About the Role
We are looking for a confident, organized, and sales-driven Account Executive who can manage both inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
You will speak directly with business owners, qualify prospects, run discovery calls, present high-ticket wellness equipment, explain ROI, handle objections, manage follow-ups, and close deals.
This role is best suited for someone who is strong on the phone, comfortable selling to decision-makers, and able to manage a pipeline independently.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with inbound leads
- Conduct outbound prospecting to clinics, med spas, wellness centers, aesthetics businesses, and related health-focused businesses
- Qualify prospects based on interest, budget, timeline, and business fit
- Run discovery and sales calls with business owners and decision-makers
- Present product value, pricing, ROI, financing options, and next steps
- Handle objections around price, timing, fit, competition, and logistics
- Send follow-up emails, quotes, and supporting materials
- Manage leads and opportunities inside the CRM
- Maintain detailed notes and clear next steps for every prospect
- Follow up consistently until each deal is closed, disqualified, or moved to nurture
- Provide regular updates on calls, appointments, pipeline, and closed revenue
Compensation
- $4,250 CAD/month base, equivalent to $3,000 USD/month
- Commissions on closed deals
- Performance bonuses available
- Target OTE: $10,500 to $14,250/month

Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience required
- B2B sales experience preferred
- Experience in health, wellness, aesthetics, med spa, clinics, or medical-adjacent sales is strongly preferred
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Organized with CRM usage, follow-up, and pipeline management
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable selling high-ticket products or services
