- Strong experience in Trade Finance products such as:
o Letters of Credit (LC)
o Guarantees
o Documentary Collections
o Trade Loans
- Knowledge of Shipping Finance, vessel finance, collateral management, and maritime trade flows
- Familiarity with banking systems a nd workflows within Wholesale / Corporate Banking
Methodologies & Tools
- Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models
- Ability to write clear user stories with acceptance criteria
- Experience with SDLC, testing lifecycle, and release management processes
Technical Skill
- Strong data analysis skills with hands-on SQL (joins, subqueries)
- Experience working with databases, data warehouses, and reporting tools
- Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Experience with requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across Trade Finance, Trade Loans, and Shipping Finance to understand business needs and objectives
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Convert business requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
- Work closely with development teams, QA, and product owners in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Perform data analysis to support reporting, reconciliation, regulatory, and operational needs
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple data sources
- Support UAT planning and execution, defect triage, and issue resolution
- Ensure solutions comply with industry regulations and internal risk, compliance, and audit standards
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Trade Finance and Shipping Finance processes
- Provide support during production releases and post-implementation activities
