Our client in Etobicoke is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, permanent position.
8am- 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Process orders and update customer information
- Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding orders and shipments
- Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems
- Provide general customer service and administrative support
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
- Warehouse or logistics experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an asset
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
