We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of solar and geothermal energy projects. This role is vital in ensuring that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. As a Site Supervisor, you will lead on-site teams, coordinate with project managers, and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Your leadership will drive project success while fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.
Duties
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and clarify project requirements
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications
- Oversee budgeting processes related to site activities, tracking costs and managing resource allocation effectively
- Implement and monitor safety procedures, conducting regular site inspections to maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising construction projects or experience in farming.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating techniques
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Excellent supervisory skills with experience managing diverse on-site teams
- Solid understanding of quality control processes and safety regulations in construction environments
- Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of work quality
- The successful candidate must provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Drivers abstract commencing employment.
