Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Kubota and other related equipment to a diverse customer base, including farmers, commercial businesses, and homeowners. Your goal will be to understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on Kubota, Great Plains, and other related equipment.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
MUST have agricultural equipment or construction equipment operation or sales experience.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or equipment industry. An understanding of AG is a must.
- Strong understanding of Kubota products and their applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
