Escarpment Construction Ltd is currently hiring experienced AZ Asphalt Drivers to join our growing team for the upcoming construction season. We are a fast-growing commercial asphalt, concrete, and excavation company working across Southern Ontario.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking drivers with experience in the asphalt industry who can operate safely and efficiently on construction sites and roadways.
Responsibilities
- Transport asphalt materials to and from job sites
- Operate tri-axle and float trucks safely and professionally
- Perform daily circle checks and basic truck maintenance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site crews
- Assist crews when required on-site
- Follow all MTO and company safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid AZ License with clean abstract
- Experience hauling asphalt preferred
- Knowledge of construction and paving operations
- Ability to work long hours and weekends during peak season
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must be punctual and safety-focused
