Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and grow your own portfolio of personal and commercial insurance clients.
- Conduct outside sales activities and community outreach to develop new relationships.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to maximize retention and referrals.
- Manage your own sales pipeline from lead generation to policy placement.
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage solutions.
- Clearly explain policy coverage, options, and exclusions.
- Negotiate with insurance markets to obtain competitive coverage and pricing.
- Stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance sales is an asset.
- General Insurance License is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
