We are looking for a reliable and motivated Helper (Drywall Delivery) to join our team. This role involves assisting with the safe and efficient delivery of drywall materials to various job sites. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience working in warehouse or job site environments. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting with a focus on safety, teamwork, and customer service.
Key Requirements
- Load and unload trucks of drywall and various building materials
- Move materials to and from job sites and production areas
- Working in either a warehouse setting or on a job site or delivering materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals
- Abiding by all Health and Safety Regulations as laid out by Encore Drywall Material Supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
- Proven ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Warehouse background with exposure to WHIMIS an asset
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
