There is absolutely room to grow here. We receive regular client inquiries, and while building a full column takes time, you'll have opportunities to gain new clients and establish yourself within our wonderful community. Responsibilities:
- Wash, rinse, and style each client. This is a full service salon
- Apply various hair coloring techniques such as highlights, ombre, and balayage
- Have a wide range of understanding for color theory. I am willing to teach anything I know about color theory.
- Apply hair treatment products as needed, willing to learn new treatments and techniques to keep up with the times.
- Keep station and salon clean.
- We do our own receptionhere as well, Booking and checking out clients is a must.
- Sell hair care products and services, when appropriate
Hairstylist experience
- Strong knowledge of haircutting, coloring, and styling techniques
- Redken color knowledge would be a bonus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Able to work some evenings and weekends
- Able to work independently once com here
- Up-to-date with industry trends
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
- MUST be a licensed stylist. Or very confident with your skill set.
- we do our own reception. so must be willing to learn Front end.
