Matrix HR is currently recruiting Formwork Carpenters (Journeyperson and apprentice) for a major industrial project in Fort Saskatchewan. This project offers the opportunity to work on large-scale structural and civil concrete scopes alongside a highly skilled crew committed to safety, productivity, and excellence. Carpenter Responsibilities
- Execute formwork and concrete tasks safely and efficiently
- Work with PERI/DOKA systems and conventional forming
- Read and interpret basic drawings
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
Scope of Work
- Construction of pile caps and pedestals
- Installation of concrete trenching systems
- Concrete paving formwork
- Large-scale pours using:
- PERI systems & DOKA systems
- Conventional wood forming for:
- Pedestals, Trenches and Paving
Requirements
- Proven experience in concrete formwork
- Experience with PERI and/or DOKA systems (strong asset)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
- Foreperson must have previous leadership experience

Pay: $34.57-$49.38 per hour
