Dimitri's Souvlaki is a family owned restaurant in the heart of downtown Fredericton. We've been serving up the best Greek food in town for over 30 years, and now we're looking to add to our team! We are searching for a restaurant supervisor to oversee the front of house daily operations.
Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service and standards
- Manage and train serving staff
- Lead team and motivate other employees
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Assist in scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling
This position is ideal for candidates passionate about the food industry who thrive in leadership roles within hospitality settings.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
