Hart Roofing & Renovations Inc. is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Roofing Repair Technician to join our growing team.
We are looking for a dependable leader with extensive residential roofing knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a professional attitude when working with homeowners and team members alike.
Position Overview
The Roofing Repair Technician will be responsible for overseeing and completing residential roofing repairs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of workmanship. This position requires hands-on roofing experience, leadership abilities, and excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5-10 years of extensive experience in the residential roofing industry
- Strong knowledge of:
- Asphalt shingles
- Roofing ventilation systems
- Flashing and waterproofing details
- Leak diagnosis and repair procedures
- Roofing safety standards and safe work practices
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lead and direct crew members effectively
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, respectful, and confident when interacting with homeowners and clients
- Valid driver’s license and driver’s abstract required
Responsibilities
- Complete residential roof repairs and service work
- Diagnose roofing issues and recommend effective repair solutions
- Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and company standards
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and job progress
- Supervise and support crew members on-site
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
