OVERVIEW
The Restaurant Team Member is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations while actively working in the restaurant, performing hands-on tasks, and engaging with guests. Team Members contribute to both front- and back-of-house operations, delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality guest experiences while adhering to company standards and brand requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ACTIVITIES
- Deliver exceptional guest service consistently, in accordance with company standards
- Assist in food preparation and ensure proper food handling, safety, and hygiene practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, counter areas, and workstations
- Perform opening and closing checklists, POS procedures, and shift-end duties accurately
- Process guest transactions, including cash handling and POS system operation
- Support other restaurant tasks and team members as required to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain speed, quality, and consistency of food and service output
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations in accordance with company policies
- Adhere to cost control guidelines and assist with waste reduction initiatives
- Report operational issues or safety concerns promptly to management
GENERAL
- Fluent in English and effective communication with guests, team members, and management
- Compliance with all company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures is required
- Must maintain professional behaviour, confidentiality, and team-oriented conduct
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations and brand standards
