Aberfoyle Powersports Ltd is an OEM powersports dealer servicing and selling Arctic Cat, Yamaha, CFMoto, Stihl, Cub Cadet and Toro. We are a family-owned business that has been serving customers across southern Ontario since 1971.
Position Summary
The Automotive Business Manager is responsible for managing the financial and administrative aspects of vehicle sales. Working closely with the sales team and customers, the Business Manager secures financing, presents finance and insurance (F&I) products, ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and delivers an exceptional customer experience while contributing to dealership profitability. Collaborating with Sales and Service teams to ensure vehicle delivery will go smooth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the dealership’s powersports sales department, ensuring efficient workflow and customer engagement
- Manage customer relationships by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and facilitating smooth transactions
- Coordinate financing options and financial services to assist customers in purchasing powersports vehicles
- Negotiate deals with customers to maximize sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
- Present and explain finance, warranty, insurance, and vehicle protection products.
- Assist customers in selecting financing solutions that best fit their needs and budget.
- Submit credit applications and negotiate approvals with lending institutions.
- Upsell parts and accessories on unit sales
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, provincial/state regulations, and consumer protection laws.
- Verify that all contracts, disclosures, and required paperwork are completed correctly.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process.
- Stay informed on manufacturer programs, lender guidelines, and industry trends.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive finance, dealer track, sales, or dealership management preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS), CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the Arctic Cat, Yamaha and CFMoto brands is preferred
- Valid driver's licence.

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
