Job Summary
Summit Physio + Wellness is seeking a dedicated and skilled Kinesiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and support recovery and rehabilitation efforts. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The position offers an opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team, utilizing advanced medical knowledge.
The successful candidate will work one day/week at our Red Deer location and one day/ week at our Sylvan Lake location.
Responsibilities
- Develop and administer therapeutic exercises to patients
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMRs)
- Collaborate with physiotherapists
- Educate patients on treatment protocols and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
Experience
- Prior experience working in private physiotherapy setting is considered an asset but not required.
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
